THE MINDFUL LINE-UP

Week 1 - Somatic Art Sessions

Movement-led, expressive art to help release tension and reconnect with your body.

These sessions use large paper, flowing movement and intuitive mark-making to help you express feelings without needing words.

You’ll explore:

Movement with colour

Expressive marks and gestures

Letting your body lead

Releasing nervous energy

Creative flow without an end goal

No “finished piece” required — the process is the practice.

Week 2 - The Art of Letting Go

A gentle invitation to release perfectionism and overthinking.

These sessions are all about process, not product.


Ripping, layering, re-arranging, exploring unconventional materials and creating without a “plan”.

Perfect if you struggle with procrastination, creative blocks or the fear of getting it wrong.

Vibe: playful but calm, reflective

Week 3 - Calm Creative Session

Soothing, guided craft sessions designed to relax your mind.

These sessions may include:

Canvas painting

Paper crafts

Tree of life designs

Intention pots

A quieter, slower version of our Craft Bar experience.

Choose a calming craft, work at your own pace, and enjoy a relaxed, supportive atmosphere.

Perfect if you like a little independence but still want a peaceful, creative space to unwind.

Yes — all materials and equipment are included, along with supportive guidance and a calm, welcoming studio space.

Can I come on my own if I’m feeling a bit nervous?

Yes. Many people attend on their own. The sessions are designed to feel safe, welcoming and relaxed — you can chat or enjoy quiet creative time.

Is this art therapy?

These sessions are wellbeing-led and calming, but they are not clinical art therapy. They are creative sessions designed to support relaxation and mindful making in a friendly environment.

Is the 12.30pm session the same as the 6.30pm session?

Yes — both sessions follow the same weekly theme, allowing you to choose the time that fits your day best.
