Welcome to The Craft Bar

A creative pick-and-mix experience at The Curious Owl Studio!

We’re opening our doors for something brand new, joyfully messy, and wonderfully creative — The Craft Bar!

Join us on 30th & 31st December, and 2nd & 3rd January, from 10am–6pm (last entry at 4pm), for our very first drop-in crafting days.

No booking needed — just turn up, choose your project, grab your materials, and let your imagination take over.

What is The Craft Bar?

Think of it like a crafty pick-and-mix.


You pick your project (canvas, tote bag, T-shirt, wooden item, and more), then dive into our tables full of paints, stencils, patches, embellishments and all the colourful bits that make creativity fun.

It’s relaxed, friendly, and totally pressure-free — perfect for families looking for something fun to do over the holidays, or anyone who just fancies a good creative unwind.

A Family-Friendly Creative Space

Our soft launch falls during the holidays, so we’re expecting lots of family visitors.


We’ve got plenty of space, but to keep things flowing and make sure as many people as possible can get stuck in, you might be sharing a table with other lovely humans.

Don’t worry — it’s all part of the fun.
Crafting side-by-side often sparks inspiration, conversation, and that warm community vibe we’re all about at The Curious Owl.

(Plus, sharing glitter is basically a love language.)

Just turn up, pick your project, and settle in for some creative play.

We recommend arriving by 4pm for last entry so you have plenty of time to enjoy your project without rushing.

We’ll have drinks and sweet treats available to purchase — because crafting and a cuppa are a match made in heaven.
